How do symptoms of shortness of breath and solutions

Dyspnea is the sensation of shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
It was an uncomfortable sensation of breathing. Normally, our bodies regulate breathing action without thinking.
Under certain conditions you may experience dyspnea at rest or when making an attempt (by any activity no matter how small). Common causes of dyspnea include:
Heart problems, including:

  • Irregular heartbeat
  • The accumulation of fluid around the heart caused by certain types of cancer (pericardial effusion)
  • A recent heart attack may block blood flow
  • Heart failure: when the heart is not working properly

Lung problems, including:
Blockade by a foreign object tumors of the upper respiratory tract infections and lower, or perhaps, to choking on a piece of food
People with cancer in the lymph nodes in the chest may have a blockage of blood flow through blood vessels. This syndrome is called the superior vena cava syndrome (SVC). People with Hodgkin lymphoma, lung cancer or breast are the most vulnerable.
Obstruction of airway secretions in acute bronchitis are common (occurring suddenly) or chronic (occurring over a long time), asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
The accumulation of fluid in the lungs due to tumors or other diseases (pleural effusion)

Upper respiratory tract infection (URTI): caused by a virus or bacteria
Pulmonary fibrosis: lung damage caused by radiation or chemotherapy chronic disease
Pulmonary toxicity: lung damage caused by the disease chemotherapy, radiotherapy or chronic
Pneumothorax, lung collapse due to tumor or trauma (such as car accidents or gunshot wounds)
Blood clots in the lungs (pulmonary embolism)

Other causes:

Anemia: low amount of hemoglobin (Hb), which may result from loss of blood, if the low iron stores, or after chemotherapy
If you run out of breath or breathing very fast because of fear, anxiety or unknown cause

Other causes can also put you at risk of dyspnea (called risk factors) may include:
Smoke
Environmental agents irritants such as pollution, chemicals, or hair spray
If you are elderly or immune system is compromised because of chemotherapy, chronic steroid use or chronic illness
It can be treated with antibiotics for the bacteria in sputum samples or if the doctor feels that the bacteria causing the infection.
If the cause of bronchitis is a virus, symptoms can last for 2 weeks or more to fall, and antibiotics did not help. Treatment includes medications for cough, drink plenty of fluids and avoid irritation.
Dyspnea may result from the (long term) infection, such as pulmonary fibrosis or chronic bronchitis. You can go through periods when you feel good and then go through periods when you feel sick.
With some of the causes of dyspnea, such as chronic bronchitis and pulmonary fibrosis, severe episodes of coughing, shortness of breath and congestion (called exacerbations) may last several months each time and occur several times a year.
